No, there is no admission charge for Como Town and we invite all visitors to enjoy the free programming in the Como Town Theater. See next question for ride prices.


How much do the rides cost?
Como Town rides and attractions require between 1 and 4 tickets, tickets are 75ยข each. For a complete list of ticket prices please click here.


Does Como Town offer discounted prices for large groups?

Is there an ATM machine in Como Town?
Yes, the ATM machine in Como Town is located adjacent to the Fire Brigade ride at the north end of Como Town.

Does Como Town take credit cards?
You may use a Mastercard or Visa to purchase ride tickets and merchandise in the Como Town General Store. The food stations in Como Town and Como Zoo (with the exception of the Zoboto Café in the Visitor Center) do not take credit cards.


When is the best time to visit Como Town?
The best times to visit Como Town are weekdays during the late afternoon. While the Zoo closes at 6:00 p.m. Como Town stays open until 7:30 p.m. Sunday-Thurs and 8:00 p.m. Friday & Saturday. The early evening hours are a wonderful, relaxed time to enjoy Como Town.


Can I bring my pet?
Sorry, pets are not allowed in Como Town except service dogs.


Are strollers and wheelchairs available for rental?
A limited number of strollers and wheelchairs may be rented at the Garden Safari Gift Store located in Como Park’s new Visitor Center adjacent to the Palm Lot and the Marjorie McNeely Conservatory. Sorry, motorized wheelchairs are not available.


What happens if it rains when I visit the park?
Many rides and attractions stay open despite rainy conditions and closed rides are re-opened as soon as is safely possible. All Como Town tickets may be used until the end of the season. Sorry, Como Town does not offer refunds on ride tickets.


How old do I have to be to get a job in Como Town?
Como Town ride operators must be at least 18 years of age. Other positions exist in Como Town for individuals under the age of 18 and with a minimum age of 14.
